FAIR DEMO

Every July, the club participates at the North Stonington Agricultural Fair, putting on a demonstration of retrieving, frisbee, team obedience and a breed presentation.

Catalog Ads ~ Back-to-Back Specialty

The Pawcatuck River Labrador Retriever Club’s seventh Back-to-Back Regional Specialty Shows will be held on September 22^nd and 23^rd, 2011. The location of the shows, which includes Conformation competition as well as Obedience and Rally trials, is the North Stonington Fairgrounds, in North Stonington, Connecticut.

As Advertising Chairman for the Pawcatuck Labrador Retriever Club, I would like to invite your business to participate in our event by offering you a concessions booth space to promote your products and services. The booth space is free of charge with a donation to each day’s club raffle. PRLRC is a not-for-profit club that promotes the Labrador Retriever breed by offering public education on care, training, and dog ownership.

We have received approximately 250-300 entries in each of the past six years of our shows. Our exhibitors come from all over the US and Canada, and we encourage them to use local business services during their stay in our area.

If you are unable to attend the event in person by providing a booth, we also offer advertising space in the show catalog program. Advertising rates are included in this letter. We also offer local vendors the option to submit a “coupon” for a percentage discount for use by our exhibitors. The coupon will be placed in the show catalog with merchant’s business card and amount discounted for purchases at your business. The price for a coupon advertisement is $25.00. All these options are effective ways to promote your product or service.
